Does Aplexa run on macOS or Linux?
Aplexa is a Windows desktop application. The app and its agent workflow are built for Windows.
How is billing handled?
Creem is our Merchant of Record. Creem processes purchases, calculates applicable taxes, issues invoices, and handles refunds. Aplexa never receives your card details. See Pricing for plan details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Email [email protected] to cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period, and you will not be charged again.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available within 14 days of a purchase or renewal if zero tokens were used in that billing period. Requests can go to [email protected] or through the Creem receipt. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility and processing times.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
Model requests pause until the next billing period, when the 500,000,000-token quota resets.
Where does my data go?
Account data is hosted on servers in Hong Kong. Creem handles payments, Cloudflare provides DNS and CDN services, and Resend delivers verification and reset emails. Model requests route through Aplexa's gateway to upstream model providers. The Privacy Policy covers data categories, processors, retention, and your rights.
