How to subscribe
Pro is purchased from inside the Windows app. Creem completes the payment and sends your receipt.
Sign in
Create your account or sign in with your email address and password.
Choose Pro
The app shows the single Pro plan at $20 USD per month. There is nothing else to configure.
Complete Creem checkout
Enter your payment details in Creem's checkout. Creem confirms the subscription and provides the receipt.

What is a token?
A token is the unit used to meter model usage. Pro includes 500,000,000 tokens for each billing period.
What happens when my quota runs out?
Model requests pause until the next billing period, when the 500,000,000-token quota resets. The counter starts again with each paid period.
Does Pro renew automatically?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Annual billing is not offered.
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
How do refunds work?
A full refund is available within 14 days of a purchase or renewal if zero tokens were used in that billing period. Creem returns the funds to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Requests can be sent to [email protected] or through the Creem receipt. Statutory rights are not excluded. See the Refund Policy for the full rule.
Where are invoices and taxes handled?
Creem issues the receipt and invoice and calculates applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout. Your Creem receipt is the billing record for the purchase.

The available methods are shown in Creem's checkout. Creem processes the payment. Aplexa never receives your card details.
Is there a free plan or trial?
No. Aplexa has one plan: Pro at $20 USD per month.
